FAQ

You are more than welcome! Here is a list of our beginner friendly classes. We don’t recommend the led Primary Ashtanga for total beginners but you could ease into it with pretty much any other Class. Remind your teacher that you are new to the practice and you will be well taken care of.

You’ve found the right place! Flexibility is a nice side effect of practice but not a prerequisite to start.

No problem, we have one for you and it’s free of charge.

Having an injury does not necessarily mean you should stop practicing. Make sure to tell your teacher before class so they can help you and/or modify where helpful. Or better still book a private class to figure out how to get back to injury free quicker. Feel free to contact us in advance with any specific injury questions here

A regular yoga class will really add value to your other sport. Feel free to check out our Yoga for Athletes class which is specifically designed for enhancing other sport practices

You are more than welcome to attend the majority of our classes. Experienced Ashtangis can receive adjustments and guidance in most of our group classes even when practicing at your own pace. If in doubt about whether to attend, just get in touch and we can discuss.

Kids classes are kept small to allow the children proper time and attention with the teacher. This is also why they are grouped by very close age range. In our experience this is the best way to ensure they have a great yoga experience. The price is set in order to allow us to work this way and teach with integrity.

Yes this is something we strongly believe in. So we are committed to holding regular classes for charity, a space for mamas/babies/kids to meet and breath…this sort of thing. Check out our Events page to see when the next community event is.

Welcome! Practicing yoga is wonderful to support you throughout your pregnancy and prepare you for the birth of your child. Our prenatal classes are lead by certified prenatal teachers. Always ask your gynecologist or obstetrician and talk to your yoga teacher before pursuing your practice.

We have a combined total of over 30 years yoga experience, on and off the mat!

As teachers, the most important thing for us is the LINEAGE we have experienced as yogis and the many, many years spent on personal yoga practice and growth before deciding to teach. We strongly believe the quality of our teachers is the most important offering we have for you at MAMALOVE. This is also why all of our teachers have been trained abroad with some of the most experienced teachers in their particular yoga style. Gillian is also currently the only Ashtanga teacher in Luxembourg who has studied directly in Mysore with Pattabhi Jois and Sharath Rangaswamy

All our classes are given in English or French. Some teachers speaking other languages can help you before or after class.

Your feedback is essential. Please let us know what classes you’d like to see & when. We promise to do our best to accommodate.

SEE YOU

On the mat!
